thanks CC, Dragon. I'm sittin at 235lbs, down from 265lbs 3.5 mths ago bf unknown, other than that bein able to see the top 4 abs still ;)

Well I could sure feel a dif in energy wow, couldn't sit still for nothing. No shakes, no sick feeling neither, nice!

Back:
pullups: 4x10
BBrows: 2x8, 2x6, 4x4
pullovers: 4x8
pulldowns: 4x6

30 mins Elliptical

yah i totally hear you for the 'cant sit still'. Although i feel mentally calm my body will be moving (legs moving or just wanting ot get up off the seat and walk around or something).

well popped a ripped freak at 6am and a 30min cardio session, gonna destroy shoulders today as per the norm for me ;) (go hard or go home)

well just finished thrashing my shoulders which took 45 mins, but I was doing hammer curls in between as well as putting some yuppies weights away for the girls at my gym ;) ......now thats energy! So I'd have to say a good 4 hrs I'm thinkin of the energy balst from these

Shoulders:
seated BB press 2x15, 2x10, 2x8, 2x6, 1x4
upright rows DB 4x6-8
side raises 4x6-8
rr delt flys 4x8-10
shrugs 4x8

shake, oatmeal apple

I havnt been doing deads as it has been bothering my umbilical hernia....I have surg in a mth for it ;)

.....and NO the weights arnt pink meany :lick lol


well I'm down 5lbs and holding it so its all good. 1 pill this am, 30 mins cardio

DB incline press: 3x20, 2x10, 1x8, 1x6, 1x5, 1x4, 1x3, 2x8
flat flys: 4x6-8

Calves:
standing calves : 4x10
seated: 4x8

still at one pill and the appetite suppression is most def at par for myself!

I'll be kickin it up to 2 pills a day starting Mon, I tell you I truly do enjoy this stuff!

YESTERDAYS workout......Still at one pill in the am, until Monday when I will bump it up to 2 a day

15mins on elliptical 15mins on treadmill

Legs:

no worries good buddy. it is from my program but as you say it would absolutely make more sense to you bet. I dont creep up the weight too drastic on my way to the final lower rep count, we're talking small increments at most, and as I said I go by how my body is feeling that day as well ;)

....and most days it does fkn kill me fore real LOL

well everything's been going as planned y'all....stayed at one pill a day until the 21st instead on last Monday. Weight is down to 226.5lbs, diet is holding strong as one can tell by my weight loss ;)....abs are coming in nicely and it's all tying together rather well.

Been doing an hr of Cardio every other day, as of Mon I'll be bumping it to 1hr ed, just to get that extra bf off ;)

Workouts are going very well, energy is sky high, strength is good, all is well!!

well its been a wk so I'll update.

nothing has really changed other than I'm at 230lbs and staying there even with the added cardio, I'm def losing fat and holding on to my muscle quite well so I'm ok with that :)

Energy is still up after the 15 min mark of dropping a Ripped Freak and staying there for my entire workout and cardio session....so yeah its all going well still ;)

down to 223lbs this mornin (naked) and now that I'm not soo busy I'm going to take two caps now finally for the last few that I have left, one in the am, the other around 2ish.
