Just started lifting again after 5 months off due to a shoulder injury. The supplements I'm currently using are:

Super Pump 250 pre work out
Purple K (2 tablets before and after workout)
2-3 servings of protein isolate a day

I'm currently 6'3 210lbs working out 5 times a week, my goal is to get back up to where i was which was about 225lbs basically as fast as possible.. any advice supplement wise on what I should or should'nt be using?

Cant go wrong with a good multi-v and fish oils but other than that you have the basics covered with creatine and protien.

Check out truesupplements.com (a site sponser here) Best multi you`ll get in that price range. Trust me I skim every place with a very fine comb...

And agreed, with the above post. Get some fish oil and you`re good to go!
