ok guys i have been having a tough time sleeping the past 2 nights...... I am not even remotly tired all day long and when i go to bed im wide awake....
my sleeping habits were fine up until last night now tonight is the same thing again.... prolly 4 hours of sleep between the two nights......
on about 600mg of test and a couple units of gh a day and thats it...... i dont really think i would attribute this to gear however.....
any suggestions?

For me reading a book helps me relax and it makes my eyelids get heavy.

sex helps alot if there is no sex available try melatonin if trhat dont work try Nytol reg strength if that not doing it go extra strength. If that dont work go to doc and ask for zopiclone 7.5 mg take half a tab and see what happens. if thats not enough try a combo of the 3 products. and take it right before sex and then u should be able to sleep shortly after getting ur freak on.

have u tried sex? once u blow a load guys always want to go to sleep to avoid cuddling and talking.
works for me everytime

Not sure what your pre-bed regime is... but the only times ZMA fails for me is when I mess things up with calcium (aka cottage cheese/dairy/etc) because it can interfere with the absorption of magnesium.
Worst case scenario... deadlifts are pretty effective sleep aids! :bch

At my worst throughout the night I'd consume.....
7.5g Zopiclone
2-12hr Gravol
6 - Ex Strength Sleep-Eze
5-10g melatonin
AAS alters the CNS plus low carb diet and heavy exercise and I can't sleep.
Try this - do nothing, no exercise, no AAS, and crank up the carbs, guaranteed within a week or weeks your thyroid will change and you'll be able to sleep mid-day standing up - lol

3 relora + 3 ZMA + 2g GABA + sleep time tea + going ot bed at the sam etime every night = no results
My sleep is shit!
