My delt workout :

military press, 4 x 12

side laterals, 4 x 8

upright rows, 3 x 8

bent over lateral raise 4 x 10


when i am all done should i incorporate the resistance band? (it look like this)

i do side laterals on it 1 x60 to feel the "burn"

is it good or bad?

i like to do face pulls, are you training resistance for a sport in particular?
