Hi there!
Just wanted to stop by and introduce myself. I`m 25 years old and just finished University so i decided to embark on a new journey, so here I am. I have to admit that I gained some weight over the years, but I used to go to gym in high school, on a regular basis, and over the college years played hockey throughout the winter and basketball in the summer. I consider myself to be fit, but my BF is nowhere close to where it should be, nor where i want it to be.
I have some basic knowledge on lifting weights and dieting, but obviously would want to learn more and excel in this field(to my genetic capabilities of course). To give a clue of what we are dealing with is the following:
Height: 6.3'
Weight: 195
I have been hitting the gym 4 times a week for the past month and currently using EAS 100% Whey once a day post workout. I have been seeing results already with the improvement in the weight lifted and the fat burned in around the lower ab section. I don`t really have any questions apart from the quality of the Whey i`m currently using and I know for sure that with time I will have more and more questions that I`ll post accordingly to the subject. So, far I enjoyed reading the forum and being motivated by your dedication around here.
Cheers,
Luke
