I have always enjoyed weight lifting. Since I've had kids its difficult to spend time in the gym. I am looking to get back into it and this is my first step.

Welcome aboard, yes kids make it more difficult but remember nothing worth having comes easy. Plenty of us balance work, family and training. Now hit it! lol

Welcome bro, I am new here too.
I have a 2.5 yr old boy he really changed my life for the better but being a parent is time consuming and balancing family, work and bodybuilding requires some good time management for sure.
A lot of us in the same boat.

Welcome! Kids are all the more reason to take care of yourself--they keep you hopping!
Kids learn what they SEE and EXPERIENCE, not what you tell them--unless you also walk the talk. :)
