im gonna be the most knowledgable person to ever work there :D i heard they give you a nutrition quiz in the interview too

If they give a nutrition quiz to the people they interview, then they must only hire the ones who fail. This way they can tell the employes anything they want and have them repeat it to the customers who, they also don`t know what they want or need...

I worked at GNC for about 5 months when I was in school.

didn't even have an interview, they just hired me on the spot.

it gets kinda annoying always the same type of people,

1- over weight women with A&W in the shopping cart. either wanting to by some diet pills or returning them because they dont work.

2-skinny kids wanting to bulk up, and think taking one scoop of weight gainer a day will make them huge.
or kids thinking creatine is steroids.

overall its people that have no clue about nutrition and think shopping at GNC will make them healthy.

just got back from the interview, it went goood, he said he has other people to interview then he's gonna make the decision

i lied and said i shop at gnc all the time :D

he was trying to teach me about multi vitamins haha

you get commision there, i like that about the job, i think it'd be easy to sell to stupid people even though i cant lie and tell them something is gonna make them huge or ripped, i'll still tell them its all in the diet, training, rest

i hope i get the job :D i like working in malls, shifts fit perfectly into my schedule and helping people with their goals is what i always do anyway

lol ya they push you to sell their GNC Brand multi's they have little competitions, I would always tell the customers the GNC brand sucks, and sell the progressive multi's instead.

the sweet thing was I got alot of free shit, i would borrow alot of protein powder.
