Protein powder, mabey like 2lbs a month just use it when I am in a hurry and fish oil in the mornings. Other than that I like caffeine tabs for when the Timmys line is too long before the gym, thats a crazy long list dunno if I could afford that.

TrueSupplements.com Whey Protein Isolate
TrueSupplements.com Creatine Monohydrate
TrueSupplements.com L-Glutamine - Many people disagree, but it seems to work for me.
TrueSupplements.com BCAAs - Many people disagree, but it seems to work for me.
TrueSupplements.com Caffeine Annhydrous - Also seems to suppress sweat.
TrueSupplements.com Acetyl L-Carnitine - Great fat metabolizer and general wellness supplement.
TrueSupplements.com L-Arginine
TrueSupplements.com Beta-Alanine - Tried this out, it helped my recovery.
Omega-3 Capsules - Self-explanatory.
ZMA - ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZma
Gatorade Powder - Self-explanatory.

I'm going to be phasing out the Arginine and Beta when I run out, and I'm still thinking about whether I'll keep the ALCAR around. I'm done playing around with expensive goodies, it's time to go back to basics and stop using supplements as a crutch.

Haha yeah it looks like overkill I know Mr Ontario. Its not as bad as it looks though. The sleeping meds are combined into 3 pills total. Some of the stuff on there is cheap like the vit D, flax, phsyllium and last 3 months. Its tough to say what it costs a month on average. Some of the supps last 3 weeks to 3 months at a time. I'd say on average 200$ a month though if I had to guesstimate. I know where to get descent deals. I've been natural for a year now and justify the expense that way. I spend the money I used to spend on juice a month on supps now. lol

Protein powder: recovery/ mass building

BCAA: Recovery/anti-catabolic/mass building

Glutamine: Recovery/anti-catabolic/Enchance the production of GH when taking before bed, and help to sleep, for me../Good for the stomac

Creatine: Muscle Building/recovery and better strength because more creatine regenerate more rapidly the anaerobic alactique system that use the Creatine phosphate to create ATP.

Beta-alanine: Recovery/endurance

Fish-oil: good fats, help the joints, good for the herat, reduce LDL levels( bad cholesterol)..etc

Multi-vitamins
