That's Lyle's best book in my opinion and the best book on low card dieting. Perfect if you like all the details and scientific references. I have read it several times from cover to cover and refer to it constantly.
I have read tons of bodybuilding book and I think this book as thought me the most of them and it's not only diet it cover exercise physiology and substrate utilization during cardio.
You guys should also check Lyle's site there are a ton of great articles for free and he has a great forum to ask questions.
