Hello, I just recently joined the forum seeking information and support in my journey. I have been going to the gym for a good month now 5 days a week doing an hour of cardio and 30 minutes of weights, I dropped 10lbs from this with only taking protein shakes in the morning and changing up my diet. Currently weighing 232lbs. I have a natural large frame and have been in and out of the gym several times of the years and well this time I have bought some supplements too help me along my way and with results hopfully keep me at the gym. On a recent trip the the US (buffalo) I purchased these products from the vitamin store with my small knowledge I had and reseach of the products......BTW they loved me at the border needless to say!:fwave
My Purchase was.
Precision Engineering - NOS BLAST CREATINE NITRO SOLUTION
Precision Engineering - HARDCORE CREATINE POWDER (hplc pure creatine monohydrate)
Precision Engineering - FIREBALL LIQUI-FUSUON
Precision Engineering - TRIPLE STRENGTH L-CARNITINE
Ultra Man - High Potency Perfomance daily Vitamins.
Not sure of anyone knowledge on these exact products as they are from the states but any help would be great in putting these alltogether in a daily routine?
I also have Whey Protein I generally take everyday....
Any advice or direction is much appreciated.
Thank you and I look forward too being a regular on the board.

read the labels, they will tell you. Diet is 99% of it, not supplements. Post up your diet and goals and stats and training and then we can help you.

Well my goal is not to exceed 250lbs again, I would still like to be loosing weight while taking the supplements, I have read the labels but my questions I guess more is will they all work together? how should I take these supplements to benifit myself the most.
I do not wish to be a bodybuilder, just get in really good shape I would like to gain some arm and chest sizing which is were I am hoping the supplements will help, aswell I would like too loose the bit of fat around my lower abs and make them more defined.

yes, I have read the label several times. I talked to the people at vitamin world, I have reaserched through google and other forums also regarding how much and when I should be taking it, it seems as though everyone has different answers. At Vitamin when I purchased the products I beleive they were more trying to just sell me supplements and I am unsure of there real knowledge of the product. I know when it says to take the supplements on the bottle as I can read *YAY* but everyone I have found people take there protein shake or there creatine at different times disreagarding the labels on the bottle, for instance at vitamin world they told me to take my protein shake before I goto the gym but from some reading I have done people will take it before and after or just after workouts......
In my original post I asked for some advice or direction in taking these supplements as it seemed from my research there were varying answerers as to when or how people were taking these type of products..... ie.. loading up on the pure creatine...
Thanks for the reply's!

thats cause everybody is diffrent....
Eat real food before the gym, with a good amount of carbs like rice or pasta, make sure to add some meat to it, something with some fat is ussualy good as well, like red meat or some nuts or an avocado. To make sure you have enough energy to workout. Keep protein shake for after.
