Hey all... Just a few questions about diet... I just started really getting into weights about a month ago and have fast come to realize that diet is the most important thing... I'm not the best eater.. I'm looking for a diet to add size to frame... I'm 6'6", 230lbs.. Looking to add some size and wondering what the best diet would be to help gain the muscle I'm looking for...

can some one point me in the right direction as far as how much/what i should be eating and how many times a day??? any sites that have the diets laid out so it's easy to follow??

CCH, so if a fellah was to follow this and have a good routine then size would follow eventually everything else being equal?? is that the right number of calories etc. for someone my size??
