I know a lot of guys here are aware but for those that are not I highly reccomend supplementing with psyllium fibre.

Give it a try! I take in 5 shakes a day. I take 1 tablespoon of flax and 1 tablespoon of psyllium fibre with each shake 5 times a day. I'm dieting right now and its working wonders. I could go into all the reasons why this is a great thing to do but don't feel like typing that much right now. Just trust me and try it! lol

Switched to it about a week ago and never felt better. Love the stuff personally and it makes my stomach feel perfect when dieting and cutting carbs. Its cheap, readily available even at the drugstore and is the best fibre product ive come across aside from Species Fiberlyze which i prefer over all but hard to get for me.
