Just got it yesterday and I took my first dose last night. I had a very deep sleep and a pretty wild dream, my first good sleep in a few nights! If i would attest this to anything it would be the zinc and magnesium.
More details to come on my workout schedule and diet!
Thanks for letting me try this out PH Nutrition :)

No problem. Hope you have some decent results. I'm very curious about this one...

Today was day three, my sleeps have been excellent and i have woken up refreshed every morning, i definitely think the zinc and magnesium in this formula is the culprit for my quality sleep.
I have had two sprint workouts and i have been averaging ~30 watts more vs last week for the same sessions. Peak RPM and speed are also up. I cannot directly attest this to the product but i am feeling good!
I am cleaning up my diet as i will be racing in the states for three weeks in about 8-9 weeks time. Still varying macro's but my protein is between .8 and 1.5g/lb roughly per day, i think i will settle around 1.2g/lb and stick with it. I am upping fats (~20g/meal) and lowering carbs slightly. No carbs after about 6-7pm training dependent, so far i feel great. A lot of this is 'dependent' and 'approximate' because i like to listen to my body, but i also like to fairly accurate plan to use as a guide.
Heavy squats tomorrow 5x5 style, hopefully playing 18 holes this afternoon didn't wreck my legs. Man i haven't walked that much in ages... haha

Not a bad day in the gym, i was pretty toasted from golf yesterday but i managed a PB of 375x5 full squat so it wasn't too bad. Also did hamstring curls with 65lb (not a machine), im trying to get some more glute/ham activation and i find its really helping keep my pelvis from anteriorly (is that a word?lol) tilting. I am keeping reps at 5 or under to keep intensity up and get the fast twitch hypertrophy that i want.
I also just weighed in at 183 this morning, down a few pounds from three weeks ago just from cleaning up my diet. Strength is still progressing so i'll take that as a good sign. I am following somewhat of an 'eat to fuel' mentality along with what i said in my previous post.

De load week from heavy squats this week. Tomorrow i am doing jump squats with 95lb, 3 working sets of 5 reps and that's it until next tuesday. I am starting plyometrics very soon, last time i was at 52" x 5 jumps when i was squatting 335x5. (a proper box jump, no running etc) Usually i do them off a stool.

Sorry guys been really busy, I'm zipping off to Victoria Thursday to get a bunch of stuff tested in the lab (max power, 5s-30s power, lactate threshold etc) and to talk to my coach about stuff. Good thing is I am feeling great! I am having really deep sleeps with Test Freak and I am waking up refreshed and ready to go. I'll be back Sunday.
