Hi,
So I'm 16yrs old, 170lbs, 76 inches tall (slim build) and need advice for bulking-up. I currently workout for approximately an hour 5 days a week. I started about a year ago, and have seen pretty good results. My workouts include many exercises on different days (upper body, lower body, core, cardio). I've gained about 20lbs, and 2 inches of height in this one year period. I've tried protein drinks and creatine, off and on.

Am I off to a good start?

Should I be taking any other supplements, or increase use?

Opinions please

Thanks

It would be extremely helpful if you posted your exact routine for the 5 days

It would be extremely helpful if you logged all the food items including how much you've eaten over the next two days and exactly what times you ate each item.

You will then be able to get some helpful feedback.

What is your question?

For what it's worth I have been working out for 16yrs and I started at 5 days per week, changed to 4 days per week and now doing 3 days per week.

I have always had my best results training less not more. I really liked Dorian Yates 4 day split for years and over the last few years have switched to Doggcrap style training 3 days per week, half the body one workout, half the body the other workout.

I believe that high frequency, high intensity, low volume is the best way to train.

Stay natural!! Be true to you! Don't listen to others who encourage you to go elsewhere. Take it as a compliment when people assume you use steroids.
