Im wanting to speed up my recovery for my rotator cuff impingement. Would a low dose (2ius) of hgh help, or would it be better to use igf1 lr3.

IGF would be a better choice.

... So a rotator cuff impingement is when the tendon or muscle of the infraspinatus gets inflamed and swells so that there is inadequate room under the acromion bone.

Removing the impingement itself is almost purely an issue of reducing inflammation.

After the inflammation has been dealt with it becomes a question of cause? Wobbly or loose shoulders? Bad Form? Poorly formed acromion channel? Strength imbalance in the overall structure.

I'm at a bit of a loss as to how aas or growth hormone drugs resolve either the symptoms or the cause of a shoulder impingement. If anything igf/hgh have the side effect of joint swelling in my limited experience.

If one was trying to avoid having tendon ligament issues in the first place these things might have some merit but in the case of an existing injury I don't see the benefit.

RICE (5-10 days)
Rest, Ice (3 times a day), Compression (6" wide - double or triple length tensor), Elevation... don't sleep on it. 500 'ish mg of aleve twice per day.

MEAT
Then Mobility (stretching all the way around the shoulder), Exercise (without pain - rotators supraspinatus/infraspinatus and scapula), Analgesics (mmm, Aleve, rub a535, ice post exercise/stretching/massage), Therapy - stick, foam roller, tennis ball - massage.

... and finally a slow progression back to normal exercise with some serious reflection on what form or imbalance issues caused the problem in the first place.
