I find this hilarious. I honestly hope she does not win this case.

I do not sympathize with her cheating ways. But, Rogers is clearly in the wrong. They should not simply consolidate\change billing practices on a whim. Part of the issue is with the sending the bill now to both parties they will try and hold either\both parties liable for unpaid finds. Do yhou think ex-hubby want to be held responsible for the phone bill in question?
Say you were renting a house with a bunch of college buddies and Rogers seeing you all lived at the same addressed decided to consolidate all your accounts on one bill. I suspect all parties would be pissed as you should be.

Yeah, I should take that back. It's funny how she got caught. Roger's did breach the contract. However, had her husband not figured it out her infidelity through a call list she wouldn't even bothered sueing. Only because she got caught in the wrong is why she is now sueing.

She's suing them because she's a slut?

I'm not sure what damages she is going to claim. In canada a law suit generally requires that real money has been lost for there to be a case.
I'm not sure that her husband discovering she's a whore has a monetary element to it.

whats pathetic is she cheated and in the divorce she is going to come out farther ahead then the husband.

lol, yea this is a matter of contract law...but the perfect resolution would be for the judge to find Roger's guilty of violating her contract and fine them a reasonable amount, make them refund any money the husband paid for her cell bills, and then make her pay Roger's any outstanding balance on her account that the husband had paid!
She shouldn't get shit and its pretty pathetic, wonder if she'll accuse Rogers of tripping her so that she fell on the other guys cock too. :p

I do not agree with her cheating ways at all.
However you are correct. I share a house now and have in the past this is norm in Toronto a lot of times there is multiple people living in a single house how can they assume to consolidate everything? I have nothing to hide but I still wouldn't want the other tenates in the house to know viewing habits etc. This will probably change some privacy laws.
