Whats your activity level, what is your cardio like??
What workload do you do while trng, we know nothing about you....
Pics help also......
There are good folks here that will get you to your goals with ease, especially in the toronto area....Praetorian, Delt king, Sean summers to name a few.....PM the names i mentioned and they will get you there and quick, they all have different programs to suit your lifestyle and eating habits...
Most folks wont answer when you post in another persons thread asking about yourself, it is bad board etiquette...just an fyi, as you sound fairly new to all of this....

hey thank you so much for the advice. I dont have any pics to put up but i am a cardio junkie i do like 2 hours 6 day/week walking/running/stepmill and 1 hour of weights 4-5 days a week. my boyfriend hates weights so i have to find courage to go alone. iw ant to be a fitness model so you think the diet posted supports shedding fat and buildingm uscle tolook like a fitness model? do youhave a workout routine advice? like a split for what to do what exercises and parts on what days?? most importantly is food for me i know im all over the place just feelin insecure about what to d o and how to get it right

well to build soem muscle i only workout EOD so 3-4 times a week for 30-60min. 1-2 bodyparts. and i wont trin that same body part for about another week letting it heal and grow.
I stay below 8 reps per set.
for eg.
mon- delts, biceps
tues- OFF/REST
wed- tricep,back
thurs-OFF/REST
fri- legs,abs
sat-OFF/REST
sun- fourarm, shoulders
repeat.
somthign like that. and also do cardio AFTER your waights .
but the MAIN thing over ANY workout is DIET.
you can doo althe cardio you want but with an off diet you will go nowhere fast.
deff keep protein high, carbs med-low (i rec cycleing carbs for better fat loss) and fats med (GOOD FAT'S) and ofcourse calories just below matinance. if you stay at same lbs at say 2500 then id say go to 2200-2300cals per day for eg.
I rec a protein powder like Lipotropic protin from LG : lgsciences.com/Basic-Bodybuilding-Supplements-s/41.htm
and alot of green tea along with a good multi vitamin.
