Man I hate vegans. They all look like they have aids, those bugged out crazy eyes and "I`m better than you attitude". Yes there have been some exceptions so let`s not go there by saying so and so is a vegan and he`s big...

This guy apparantly is 15lbs overweight because of his "muscle" and outperforms 20 year olds. Enjoy!

enzymes are amino acids yes. that guy is still a douchebag for misleading people to think that eating apples will build or maintain any amount of muscle mass.

he actually called himself "overweight" at one point in the video....LOL

he is overweight for an aids patient for sure....

Back in the 80's I was in that Community Natural Foods on 14th in Calgary,there was this white guy wearing a turban behind the counter,preaching the benefits of the vegan diet to this guy beside me.He gets into telling a story about his vegan friend who was recovering from some kind of cancer op,I can't recall which.Claimed that his buddy regained all of his strength on a diet of carrot jiuce.So I said,yeah,but how much strength did he have to begin with?He was puzzled.

He does say '15lb' over weight for a runner (i'll give him that) but he can't even open his jar of flax seeds.
