I made these last night and they turned out awesome. Going to try a few variations next time as they were a bit sweet.

1 ripe banana
1/4 cup coconut oil (I used canola)
1 1/2 cups whole oats
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup choco chips
1/2 cup real maple syrup (I used agave syrup)
1/2 cup natural PB

4 scoops protein ( I used 2 scoops Choco PB-Whey Gourmet, and 2 scoops Vanilla-Isoflex)
2 tablespoons flax (I used VPX fiberteq)
1 tsp cinnamon (could have done without this)
1 teaspoon vanilla

Mash banana, mix everything together put in a pan and stick in the freezer for a couple hours.

Bam! You`re done. Next time I might try mixing the syrup with some water to bring down the sweetness.

Maybe instead of Maple syrup, try some E.D. Smith No Sugar Maple.

I'm making them next week for sure.

FC you told me about ED smiths for proetin pancakes and ive been eating it ever since. that stuff for the low sugar and what not is so tasty. I even eat in offseason i love the stuff so much on pancakes and its not the worst ever for ya. Not good but not as bad as regular aunt jemima sugar loaded sweet stuff.

i tried to make these very tasty. used half the syrup, and used almonds crushed up instead of coconut.. worked out very good except you need to keep frozen lol for me it was watery when i left out but i used less syrup and more water so probably why
