Is there any Powerlifters or Oylmpic Lifters in the Lower Mainland that would like to try out strongman event training?
A small group of us will be training events on weekends in a private area just off the Marry Hill Bypass. Anyone who is interested in giving strongman a shot is more than welcome to come out.
