Mon:Chest/biceps
Tuesday: back/triceps
wednesday: off
thurday: legs
friday: upper pec/shoulder
and soon, I'll begin a German Body Composition!:)

4 day split with a day off only when I really need it.
Mon - Chest/light tri's
Tues - Back/light bi's
Wed - Shoulders
Thurs - legs
Fri - Bi's/Tri's
Calves on Mon/Wed/Fri and abs once a week on which ever day I feel
