I'm a sugar free orange metamucil fan. While I was on my keto diet I actually looked forward to it as a treat.

While at Walmart today I was looking at Metamucil . Shit it was over $20 for a big jug.

I think I paid $10 for pure PH from the Health Food Store.

But like Tiramisu said , he looked forward to it so that alone could be worth it.
