Last time I ordered from EFTS I DID NOT get hit with broker fees or extra anything at the door.

I just tried an order...
Price 65.26
Shipping ... 78.50
total 143.76.
Shipping is more than the bands. nice.
oops that's expedited... ups regular 19.83... and then 35$ for brokerage (still hostage to ups, on the web site order form).

Someone needs to give Dave Tate a nudge. I'd really like to buy his shit.
Agree.
I am about to make my own prowler from some steel pipe I've managed to get.

Question for you, Talo. The "Pro Average" Band is labeled as "Use this band for assisted chin-ups and pull-ups."
For a 6'11" 265lb lifter, will this be enough band to help me up or will I just snap it? I'm tired of using the assist machine because it's practically a smith machine... lemme know your thoughts. Perhaps another product instead?
I don't think you will snap it.Looks like a lot of tension with these bands.
The EFS Pro Average Bands are the second strongest band and will provide around 140 pounds of tension at the top of a squat and 200 on the bench press (depending on how they are attached).
I trust what those guys say about their stuff. If they use it for chin ups and pull ups then I'm sure it will work for you.

Thanks very much! I was just worried because of how weak I am haha. I'll take a browse around their site and see if there's anything else cheap and useful for my purposes.

... You won't snap any of these bands. I've got the iron woody pullup set. I shouldn't have been a cheap bugger and got pairs. Since then they've got a different run of bands (grr) so I can't match up a set. Even the smallest of these 41" bands will work fine.

Hi,
When are you going to allow us Canadians a USPS shipping option?
UPS rapes us with 30+ dollars brokerage on purchases under 100$ while USPS doesn't charge brokerage on packages under 100.
This is a pretty regular annnoyance amongst those of us who would like to buy your stuff.
The last time I checked canadian dollars were about par with green backs and they are prettier.
Someone tell Mr. Tate that we would like to give him our money.
Thanks,
xxx
I don't think it will actually help but it's not the first time I've wanted to give them my money and bailed when I got to the shipping options.
I've also sent a few emails over the years.
I've never had a response.
