can someone with some knowledge chime in on what exactly the rebound effect is... and how to utilize it properly?

is it only effective after dieting on a keto diet or anytime after dieting down to low bodyfat?

how lean do you need to be in order to take advantage of such an effect?

do you slowly add in more calories/carbs? how quickly do you increase these?

what about gear? i would think after dieting down for lets say a show you would generally want a break from gear no?

thanks

can someone with some knowledge chime in on what exactly the rebound effect is... and how to utilize it properly? you will see a rebound effect when carbs are added in after being absent for a while i.e however long you've been dietting

is it only effective after dieting on a keto diet or anytime after dieting down to low bodyfat? any diet that carbs have been very low or gone

how lean do you need to be in order to take advantage of such an effect?the leaner you are before adding carbs again the better, your body will want to stay lean

do you slowly add in more calories/carbs? how quickly do you increase these? add them in slowly. as per Prae - 30g every second meal of the day for 2 weeks and then 30g every meal after that. too many carbs at first will cause you to hold a ton of water and unwanted weight gain which can be dangerous

what about gear? i would think after dieting down for lets say a show you would generally want a break from gear no? usually if its after a show, start PCT and let your body heal

thanks1
