thats really stupid. how is 5mg of dbol going to help out an almost dead dog. the dog isnt dying of cancer, its dying of old age. if you really loved it, you'd find somet DGH, dog growth hormone.

haha dog growth hormone lol awesome.... and already took him to the vet he said hes perfectly healthy and good to go. im more or less just curious cause yah hes skinny and is cold 24.7 b/c just not having any fat
id give him a year tops till old age comes in, but if he can be a hella jacked super dog for a year why not
damn i probably have issues but i wanna see some ppls opinions on this, i know most of us have seen the picture of the massive pit bull

he is 14, give him love and attention, that is what HE really wants.
the downhill slide can go quick once it begins, the strain of gear on his liver and kidneys ain't going to make him feel any better. you lose a piece of yourself when they depart, be prepared.
Years ago I heard of people jacking their pitties but this dog is too old.

As Banacek said above. A trip to the vet is obviously a necessity but the answer may simply be that he is reaching the end. The gear will likely only make it come on faster rather than act as an appetite stimulant. Talk with your Vet.

I read this post twice now... and I simply have to say that this is probably right up there with the stupidest post that I have read on this board...
How is giving a highly liver toxic steroid going to make your dog better???
Is adding water weight gonna make him stop freezing??
Hope you never have kids

give your dog Peptobismol (sp).....dogs are able to handle it and it will help with his poops...if he won't swallow the liquid get it in pill form and wrap it in cheese....It will work!

i do this often when mine are having problems.
What do you feed him??
I would get him to a vet to make sure there isnt other problems with him and consider switching his diet....make some plain WHITE rice and feed him that (brown has too much fibre if he already has a shit problem). feed him that for a few days to regulate his system, then introduce BOILED chicken breast or hamburg. Slowly introduce some of this kibble dog food into the mix.hopefully this will help.

hey man u can try changing his food to mostly pasta or rice and skip dog food(it sucks anyway) the pepto bismol idea sounds like a good one as well, he is at the age that u probably cant be giving him and kind of "boosters" all u can really do is make him a little more comfortable. i hope u dont think im a dick for saying this but i think ur dog is "nearing the end" i went thru the same shit a while ago with my rotty and it sucks bro, worse than when a human friend dies. what breed is he?

the diet change sounds like a good idea ill look more into that one for sure.... and im not trying to kill him guys lol i know obviously dbol is toxic to liver but if 5mg isnt gonna hurt him than why not haha, but if u guys think thatd push him over the edge really quick ill abort that idea.
i know horses get winny and equipose... anyone know articles on this stuff i think its kinda interesting imo esp. with horse racing

anyone who gives gear to their dog is a total asshole in my books and youre a retard to even suggest giving dbol to your OLD dog because hes skinny and "if he can be jacked then why not"
instead of reading up on performance enhancing drugs for race horses why dont you read up on digestive issues and modified diets for dogs. A LOT OF DOGS HAVE GUT ISSUES, mine included, and feeding them gear to beef them up is just the most degenerate mind set you could possibly have.
I hope when you get old and your guts dont work so hot and your tired all the time someone decides to feed you crack to give you an energy boost

This is getting stupid.
Have you brought your dog to a vet?
If the answer is no then please stop posting this stupid shit and abusing your dog.
Take your dog to the vet. Significant weight loss is a pretty damn good sign there is something serious wrong. That you are ****ing around on the internet posting on a bodybuilding board about giving your dog dianabol makes you a ****ing retard.
I suspect this is the answer you were expecting. If not it should have been. Get in the car with your dog and go the ****ing vet.

i obviously have gone to the vet **** sakes hes a healthy dog just skinny has been for a year, im just looking for some answers from ppl who actually know shit about this. but its all good guys i put flame suit on my first post

well go back to the damn vet. If d-bol is a viable alternative then your vet will tell you so. There is absolutely no laws against steroids and veterinary use. Your veterinarian will tell you exactly whether it is a good or bad idea and in what dosage or form.
At 14 you are probably doing more harm than good. Quit asking us we don't know other than Dbol is hard on the liver (as is alcohol and ibuprophen which you probably also shouldn't be feeding your damn dog.) ASK YOUR VET.
I've thought about doing this too, except Test Enanthate on my cat. I like my kitties big and I want to beef him up a bit.
Go for it man

"people who actually know shit about this" are not here either.....
vet's "know shit about this", this is why it keeps getting suggested to you.....
and since you have been to the vet i suppose your question has already been answered whether or not you choose to listen.
Vets are usually pretty open about answering questions and asking them if anabolics would be an option to improve the dogs quality of life for his remaining years would not result in you being shamed or laughed at.
Tiramisu is right, this is getting stupid.

You want 2 beef up your dog then put it on a good iams food and also give it some cooked steak or chicken as well as daily cardio, and turn the ****ing heat up if the dog is cold.
No more AAS for the dog bro, cmon

My dog gets the crappys about once every two months or so. Not sure really why, other then maybe he is eatting something I dont find. But trust me on this PEPTO is great. It actually pretty easy to give the liquid form to dogs. Just make sure not to give more then 2tbs as it could in turn plug him right up. I mean the BAD way. If it still not working, try a different vet and demand blood work, could be parvo. Sounds kinda like it. Hope he gets better soon. But then again, 14 at the size he is, thats OLD. My guy I will be happy if he makes it to 9yrs because of size.

Dude skinny isn't bad - be glad that he's not fat and over weight. Don't be a loser and feed your dog steroids. If the vet isn't giving you satisfactory advice seek the advice of a different vet.

If your really giving your dog dbol after your vet said it's a healthy dog, then your an idiot.
14 for a dog is OLD dude, enjoy the rest of the time you have left with him. If you do "love" your dog why would you use him as a ginny (sp?) pig????
