Series to Watch

Ok guys just wondering what everyone watches here for series, Im not talking family or simpsons, I mean more like storybook series...

I watch:
Dexter- Unreal, seriously everyone should be watching this
Lost- Ok at best, have been watching it since the first season so I just continue to do so
Parenthood- New series on CBS on Tuesdays, also pretty good

wondering if these are anygood:

Weeds
Sons of Anarchy

I watch Diners Drive in's and Dives almost every week, but I don't do series very well... between gymnastics and my daughter's soccer, I miss to many weeks to ever get into a show.

six feet under (so depressing though)
arrested development (too funny for your average american so off the air)
friday night lights (kinda embarrassed to admit it but its great and the gf loves)
curb your enthusiasm (not story like but once you watch a few funniest thing ever made)
