Hey guys! I'll be doing a 16 week cutting plan with delt king starting tomorrow. I'll be posting my results/pics/stats right here, so on this "inspiring" first post let the fat shedding begin!

neck 17"
chest 47"
abs...well for me it's belly 46"
quads 27"
calves 17"
arm 16" (welcome to the gun show baby!)
weight 246lbs

good luck bro ! DK will definitely help get you down there but you have to want it man and it can get rough, so up to you to keep on pushing.

YEahh buddy get it going and let the fatloss cut begin. DK will carve you into your best phsyique yet. Never failed yet. Im subbed to this thread now and wish you all the best and be strong mentally and physically.

I was so tired at the end of the day I went to bed and didn't watch the game damn it! :) but seriously i like the diet dk made and can't wait to see the change.

I just weighted myself and i'm down 2lbs so that's good for almost a week! and i'm now fitting in my old clothes that were way too tight a month ago so I can say that this as been a good week!

Hey guys! so i'm halfway thru week 2 it's going well so far. been to the gym 3 times this week only thursday and friday left yay! I'll post my pictures friday (took it last week but being a lazy bastard i'm posting it a week late :) ) the diet is going well no major craving so far.

It's wednesday time for some updates! I was away on a hiking trip since friday, 30km in 3 days i gotta tell ya it was the hardest thing i've done in my life so far but so worth it!! and weighted myself today I was 239 so 6lbs off so far is good and haven't miss the gym one time in almost 3 weeks. I gotta say it's hard but with time it gets easier going to the gym and eating better.

here is some update of my first month of this cutting plan.

On may 9 I was:

neck 17"
chest 47"
belly 46"
quads 27"
calves 17"
arm 16"
weight 246lbs

now on june 12 I was:
neck 17"
chest 45" and a half
belly 45"
quads 27"
calves 17"
arm 17"
weight 241lbs

so -1½ inch on my chest
-1 inch on my beloved belly
+1 inch on my arm
-5 pound, well I lost 6 but took one last week.

DK switched my workout to a 3 day split. I'll ask if I can post it. and let me tell you these are some serious workout not like the one the "trainer" at my gym made for me lol.

so this is it for my first month. I hope the second one goes well!

WELL I guess i'm overdue for some update so here is the update on my 2nd month.

On june 12 I was:
neck 17"
chest 45" and a half
belly 45"
quads 27"
calves 17"
arm 17"
weight 241lbs

now on july 11 I am:
neck 17"
chest 44"
belly 43"
quads 27½"
calves 16½
arm 17"
weight 233lbs

This month was amazing in terms of weight loss the workouts are easier now, added weight to the majority of the exercises. I started cardio at 20 min on non gym day, now i'm at 30 min on non gym day. the little change DK made on my diet are paying off and now I have a goal : to weigh 210 by the end of the 16 weeks I hope i'll make it :)

Day1 (chest, medial delts, triceps)
Flat Bench Press
Inclined smith machine press
Upright rows
DB side raises
Rope pushdowns
Seated DB overhead extensions

Day2 (Back, posterior delts, biceps)
Front Pulldowns
Seated rows
DB rows
Reverse pec deck
DB curls
Preacher curls

Day3 (Legs)
Squats
Hack squats
Leg curls
Stiff leg deads
Calf raises

I guess it's time for my 3rd month's review so here it is!

on July 11 I was
neck 17"
chest 44"
belly 43"
quads 27½"
calves 16½
arm 17"
weight 233lbs

now on august 15 (last sunday) I was
neck 17"
chest 43"
belly 41"
quads 27½"
calves 16½"
arm 17"
weight 224 lbs

I can't believe im still losing weight like this! it's such a motivation.
Started abs workout this month, damn i'm sore the next day :)
diet is doing good but it's starting to get tougher , cheated twice this month during my vacation.
my cardio is now 20 min 6 times a week, overall i'm feeling great and i'll give 110% for the final month, i'll probably won't get to 210 by the end of the plan but if I can get close to 215 i'll be happy.

4th month update

on august I was

Now on september 10 I am
chest 41"
belly 39"
quads 27½"
calves 16½"
arm 17"
weight 217 lbs

For the last weeks I was on low to very low carb cycling lol it was so tough!
and it was cardio til I drop 6 days a week let me tell you it was intense!!!

It's been the toughest weeks of my life but also the most rewarding and I want to personally thank Delt king for everything he's done for me. Now i'll take a couple weeks to decide what I'm going to do next: continue cutting or maybe gaining some mass during the winter I don't know yet.

chest 41" (down 6 inches)
belly 39" (down 7 inches)
quads 27½" (up 1/2 inch)
calves 16½" (down 1/2 inch)
arm 17" (up 1 inch!!)
weight 217 lbs (dropped 29lbs)
