In my expierence i find waxy maize and maltodextrin dont sit as well in my stomach than dextrose. So i have all 3 but prefer the dextrose. I do get the shits tho if i take to much maltodextrin i think its such a fast absorbing carb it gets digested real quick...

Maybe kick up the fiber in your diet.
