Does anyone else liquefy their food?

I got a magic bullet a few months ago and have been playing with it quite a bit to help give my diet some flavor. It started with a dressing for my raw veggies and quickly progressed.

Dressing:

- 2 tbls sugar free dijon mustard
- 1 tbls sugar free mayo (this has been omitted for the next 8 weeks)
- 2 tbls Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 single pack of stevia
- 2 tbls bananna pepper rings
- some juice from the bananna peppers
- little bit of water (I like it thicker so I use less water)
- fill the rest of the bullet with fresh broccoli, cuccumber and a few baby carrots

Blend until liquefied and pour some on your fresh veggies. Sprinkle on some roasted flax seed for extra flavour and a shot of healthy fat.

Then I thought it would be good on my chicken, and it was. But then I thought it was taking too long to eat, so I poured the chicken and some dressing into the magic bullet and voila! Yummy soup! I love soup and it's so easy to eat.

Tangy Chicken soup:

- fill bullet 1/6 with dressing
- 7 oz cubed cooked chicken breast
- 1 tbls bananna peppers
- add some juice from the bananna peppers
- fill the rest of the bullet with water

Blend until liquefied, pour in a bowl, heat for 2 min in microwave and enjoy!

The soup has a bit of a texture to it...kinda grainy, but still very good. You can add 1 cup of brown rice to it on your carb day (blend it in the soup).

Then today, I decided that I was getting VERY tired of eggs. since tomorrow is a carb day, I usually have cooked oats, 6 cooked eggs whites and some cinnamon and splenda mixed together, but this takes too long to eat and get a little gross by the last few bites (I've gagged on this many times). So, I took out the old magic bullit again and came up with this oh so good chocolate peanut butter pudding.

Chocolate peanut butter pudding:

- 1 cup cooked quick oats
- 6 hard boiled egg whites
- 1/2 tsp Choc/PB flavour (True Protein premium flavour pack)

Blend until liquefied , pour in a bowl, heat for 1 min in microwave, stir and enjoy!

I will admit, the pudding is slightly eggy, but is still so good and such a treat while dieting!

If anyone tries this, please post back here. I'm curious to see if I'm insane or have stumbled on some dieting magic! It's nice to actually look forward to my meals again.

I've done the chicken soup...chicken, water, broccoli and sweet potato. Add a bit of hot sauce and it's goooood:)
