I'm sure nobody is perfect, but I realized my left calf is 1cm smaller than my right, and left arm smaller then right, and quads; basically it's not a big majority but I seem to transfer my weight towards my right or just I grow this way. Anyways do you guys usually train one side more than the other until everything evens out, or everyone will always have inequalities?

unilateral training, dumbbells, hammer strength, lunges variations, nothing else to say....

1. you should go to a chiropractor to see if there is any nerve impingement which reduces the amount of streght u have available on one side

2. visualise the exercise, and "feel" the muscle contracting while doing it.

3. try doing every day tasks with your other hand haha

so none of you guys have like one side smaller by like 1 cm at least? maybe quads or calves? so all your measurements are pretty much equal?

Since you mentioned bodyparts and not muscle, I`ve noticed I have one testicle that`s bigger than the other.

It's perfectly normal to have asymetric size and structure. OR altenately It is rare to have symmetry and structural balance.

Searching for a nerve impingement likely won't solve this unless it happened recently as the result of an injury. Even the absolute best of the IFBB pros are not entirely symmetrical. To fuss about 1 cm is silly. If it was 2" there might be an issue to be resolved but 1 cm is nothing.

Far better to spend the time fussing about your diet and squatting.
