And not the psychological kind! (Well, maybe.)

Anyway, hi! Shout out to fellow Kingstonians!

Back to the help. As of about 10 seconds ago, I weigh 117 kgs (260 lbs). Yes, I am that fat. And I want to make major changes in my life and hopefully look awesome (at least better) for my "victory lap" year before I am off to university.

I need help with a battleplan. Yes, cardio, obviously, (I will be niking ~22k a day 5days/week this summer for work) but I also own a homegym rig. (Weider) But I dont really know what to do with it; my brother got it as a gift.

Also, diet. I hate meat and eggs, and I am lactose intolerant. So if anyone can help me there; it is more than appreciated. Because fat lass is 90% diet, 10% exercise, right?

I should mention that I am an endo; this is gonna be hard.

Chicken. I don't not eat red meat, nor eggs; I just don't want to be on a wake up and eat 8 whole eggs/32 oz steak for dinner diet.

Also fruit. I could eat oranges 24/7.

Nuts & berries?

I try to avoid nuts as much as possible due to high fat content, and because I could almost get addicted to them. But I do love berries.

You dont sound that fat! You have to stay positive and motivated and never get down on yourself, you can do it and get to your goals. Diet sounds good stick to what you like and what works and anything you have to do to stay away from foods that will take away from your goals like getting a taste of something yummy you like but is not healthy so you can tell your mind you had it even if in a very small amount so you feel satisfied on your cheat day.

That sure is alot of cardio to do..you dont want to kill yourself so you wake up and cant move and are completely sore, start slow and build up you only have to get you to your target heart rate to start burning the weight off with lower amounts of cardio but at a higher pulse rate like light jogging or jumping rope ect mixed in with your weight training to help you tone as you lose. I know its easy to get excited and say im going to do this and that and im going to be this wieght in no time..but it takes time, thats why people fail we live in a world of now now now everyone wants same day results so they set themselfs up to fail, dont do this to yourself, set realisitc goals and stick to them and you will do it! best of luck and I hope you get to all your goals eventually!
