Hey all.. Great site. Just found it and had to join..
Anyways, just a couple questions if I could.. I tried the search function but didn't see much..
My current supplement intake consists of protein, vitamins and a good post amino acid formula...
My wife and I are trying to get pregnant.. I'm looking into starting some creatine or some of the animal test.. Wondering if this is a good idea or bad idea in light of the trying to have kids situation... any educated help that can be offered would be appreciated!!!!
thanks!!!!

Creatine is fine, go with Creatine Monohydrate. Won't have any effect on fertility, reproduction, hormones etc... Take extra zinc, it's involved in sperm production and will probably help . Don't go overboard on it though because it can cause a copper deficiency when people mega-dose zinc.

Stay away from any hormonal products expecially OTC supps like animal test because the long term studies on these and fertility at very limited at most.
Creatine, Bcaas, protein, Nitric oxide for pumps if you want. No test boosters, gear, etc if your trying to conceive right now. Just my opinion you may be able to get away with it but why not just coast and use basic supps have a beautiful healthy child then go buck wild with supplements to your hearts content.
BB is life but family first i know you know exactly what im talking about but its so easy to lose sight of it when you get motivated.
Good luck anyhow with the family!

Stay away from po-H's like "animal test", and well all "pro-horomones" in your case.

I also rec some straight up Beta-Alanine and take 1g 3-4X a day a few hrs apart. I would also rec lipoprotein from LG to help protein intake.
I wish you luck in your journy for kids and mucle! :-)
