Hello All,

I will be using all 3 supps during my cutting phase over the next month. The plan is to drop as much BF as possible over the next month as i dont want to start bulking until BF% is at or under 10-12%. Currently at 196lbs down from 200lbs 2 weeks ago guesstimate BF% at around 14-15%.

I will be using
Phenom for its fat burning effects 1 pill early am 1 pill early afternoon
HT-8 for its energy effects 1 pill morning 1 pill early afternoon
T-Alpha to keep any muscle wasting to a minimum 2 pills 1 hour before workout around 9am.

I will be following a keto diet and using the supps from AA and post how i feel during the month and during workouts.

Nothing major to report yet.

Took the pills as directed on the bottles and had a good chest workout yesterday.
Good amount of energy and focus but thats about normal for Mondays.

We will see how the week progresses as i usually start fading after Wednesday(legs).
I am thinking of moving legs to Monday while on Keto so glycogen stores are at the highest for my most taxing day in the gym or i guess i could just move my cheat meal to Tuesday night but i prefer the cheat on Sunday night kinda like a close to the week.

Workout schedule is as follows

Mon-Chest
Tues-Back
Wed-Legs
Thu-Shoulders
Fri-Arms

Cardio is 30 minutes PWO 5 days a week and ill throw in some on weekends but usually in the form of sports or bking with the girl.

Had a great shoulder workout today.

Lots of energy and focus throughout and was able to push out some extra sets without much fatigue.

What i did notice is that the time needed between sets seemed to be shorter and i was ready for sets 2-3 much faster than usual.

Weigh in is tomorrow.

Weigh in was 195 down 1 lbs.

Had a killer leg workout and was able to really hammer out the sets. Even took the stairs up to the 12th floor to get home instead of the elevator which is normally out of the question on leg day.
Energy is great and focus is there for the whole workout.
The energy is a nice steady energy no jitters like from other stims and does last quite a bit. I work afternoons so i workout in the morning which normally leaves me dead around early evening but im getting through my work days now with no issues and no yawning lol the only difference is im taking 1 Phenom and 1 HT-8 before leaving for work.

So far so good AA great products

192.4 was this mornings weigh in.
No carb up on the weekend as i prefer to go 2 weeks without then add 1 cheat meal a week. Weight is going down which is good to see. Trying to use this 4 week period to drop as much bf% as possible so i can start a nice bulk cycle leading into the fall.
Also trying to get the various injuries all healed up with physio before the bulking starts as weights will increase.

Back day was a struggle today and started to get really tired half way through but pushed through and was able to complete the workout as planned.

Had a good shoulder workout this morning.
Energy and focus were good and weight remained the same as last weigh in.

Took it easy on the shoulder as its still healing.

Weight remained steady but energy and focus are great.
Not feeling as lethargic as i normally do cutting.

Carb up this weekend so will try to keep things moderate.

Had a good arm day and will be taking the next 2 days off to get some rest and physio on the shoulder.

Doctor advised i take 2 weeks off any lifting and i will be in physio daily for the next 2 weeks to recoup the shoulder and hip.

I will maintain my cardio in an effort to complete the weight loss goal of 10lbs.

Just cardio daily is tough but got to do it to heal up.
On a positive note weight dropped another pound and energy and focus are great.

No jitters or anxiety like i got from some other fat burners and the biggest benefit for me is there is no crash like with other energy supps. Great products.

Energy 9/10

Energy was well balanced and nothing too harsh nice steady flow with no anxiety. I really noticed the energy in the gym as what were normally really taxing workouts where i would get tired half way through the sups got me through the whole thing.

Focus9/10
Focus was great and really turned it self on in the gym, i was able to concentrate a lot more and really push out the extra reps or minutes on the treadmill.

Overall9/10
Great products Overall weight loss was 6lbs in just under a month roughly 1.5lbs a week.

I would recommend these products to anyone looking for that little extra boost to get going. I work afternoons so the morning is my only chance to hit the gym and these gave me that get up and go feeling.

Will definitely be using them again.

Great stuff AA
