Same way you do with it on ceilings? Water and a stucco knife? Its not typical popcorn stucco.

Isnt a kango hammer like a jack hammer? lol I want to take the stucco off not knock the wall down

It is a lighter,approx 18 lb hammer.The flexible scrapers come in different tensions,Rona might have them.
