Guys,how do we give out green??

Im kinda feeling stupid here,but i have no idea how to give out green to people.Ive been getting some lately and i kinda feel selfish here not being able to give some back..and some of you out there really deserve some.

And by the way,when one gives green to someone,do his reserves go down as well?

If people could do that, all 2 chums would have to do is keep giving each other green without deserving it and going up to really high levels they would have never of achieved otherwise.

I don`t know how much spreading of the green needs to be done before being able to give it again.

I think the more green you have, the more you have to spread it around before you can give it to the first person again. At least it seems that way.
