so im interested in taking b12 i have one vial right now but everybody i talk to gives me different dosages. just wondering what everyone here has to say on it.

i started 1ml EW for 2 months, then 1ml E2W after. I tried 0.5ml EOD but did not see any difference with energy level or hunger.

no perfume taste, no increased appetite or energy for me. So nothing to report from b-12 shots.

i do it occasionally...dont notice anything significant.
I usually add it to the mix to cut gear.

You can expect gains of anywhere from .7-1.1lb/day of LBM, be sure to run a proper pct though this shit will shut you down hard! Especially if it is the blue tops from costco.


Seriously, no funny tastes or anything. I noticed some hunger increase but nothing big in the energy department.
