Same day shipping??

I placed an order last night for 25lb whey and some cissus. I thought I would have received a shipping notice today since it's stated 95% orders are shipped next business day if ordered after 2pm.

So what, I just happen to be that 5%?? This BLOWS. I'm completely out of protein as of yesterday and I was really hoping this would ship today.

I have not recvd a shipping notice ever...But you can probably request one at the contact us area of trueprotein website....LOLOL, this is a very first, holy man, talk about absolutely no patience....First off, why in the f would a guy wait till last day of his protein stores and then piss on some good folks without even knowing what is up in dodge???
Find out, do an inquiry and if no response then get pissy and stomp your feet dude....
Then when done that, come on back and either apologize, and see it was shipped, or ask for some help....
Not trying to be an asshole, but this is very unreasonable, wouldnt you agree kloan??

No need to apologize to me bro.....I just thought it was bit bit to soon to rant like that with the company perceived to be at fault....BUT, if you do not get products ordered in a timely fashion, or if you do not recv word back on your inquiry, please let me know and i will ask on your behalf bro....I would bet a lot of money that it is on the way...They are damn good in that department.....

i just checked my order history... looks like every past order has taken a couple days to get sent out. :(

it's a bit annoying because it ships from the same state i'm in so normally it'd get here fast. oh well, whatever.... i'll just eat some tuna and eggs n stuff in the meantime.

Depends on when I place my order, say I did it tonite, it is shipped the next day.

i ordered the night before, i thought it would ship the next day. instead it remains at the 'order is being processed' stage. looking back at my order history, every one of my orders took a couple days to ship.

ya it took them around 2 days on my order before they sent me my second email saying that it had been shipped. im not that desperate tho so i dont really care.

still waiting on the actual order tho, ill give it a few weeks before i start freaking out.

weeks? man thats the one thing ive got going for me... they're in CA so when it finally does ship, it's as fast as its gonna be... just south down the coast to my door. id be pissed if i had to wait that long.

their explanation was that they were busy from the weekend promo.

it seems i cant depend on the 'ships the same business day' claim (imho they should get rid of that if they cant keep up with the volume of orders).

meanwhile, i'll be sure to order before i run out next time to avoid this frustration.
