The water has been off all day here and the landlord is trying to fix it,

but what can i do its 6:45 pm i'm back from the gym sweaty balls and everything, i need to use the washroom, like WTF ???

can I make them pay for a hotel room for the night ????


FYI i live in a duplex, so its not like theres alot of tenants.

I think that they owe you the proportional rent for the day ( i.e. 1/30th) of the monthly rent. The services they are stated to provide you in the original lease (hot water) were not provided.

At least your not like my gfs apartment. There are drunk ****s upstairs cursing and falling all over the front porch smashing into our front door and the cops are constantly there. 3am my 2 year old is trying to sleep and all i hear is screaming and ppl fighting out front and falling all over the place. One guy constantly beats the old lady upstairs and i can hear her crying like 2 times a week.

it was a problem that i can fix in 2 min, they were being lazy and didnt want to call a plumber,, we finaly got back water 24 hours later,,, having not water for 24hr sucks haha,,

GOd dam i know what your saying but i tried being loud about it and they reacted retardedly and then threatened to call the cops on me. So i let them kill themselves off. The main problem guy got so drunk this winter he fell asleep on is bike after leaving our place upstairs and passed out on the side of the road and froze to death.haha:laugh:laugh dead serious they will kill themselves so ill let em.
