I'm not too up on the vegetarian thing but you have some pretty low protein meals... I'm not sure if you can up your tofu or what... maybe add in some beans, almonds, cashews with some of those meals

i dont know if i fully understand what your goals are but if your wanting to do a cutting diet you wont be gaining any size or little depending on your training. you should cut out the cottage cheese at 10pm and try not to eat past 8pm and swap that for one of your snacks or cut it completely out . also your lunch is way to high in carbs and calories. cut out the 4 pieces of bread and have just one burger with the spinach ( not sure on the sizes or nutrition of the burgers) your eating too much for lunch though. you could even have a spinach salad with some tofu and veggies for lunch instead. like i said im unclear on you goals, but when im trying to cut down for the summer i cut out pretty much all my complex carbs beside oats in the morning then once i get down to where i want to be i start introdusing a bit of carbs slowly to help gain back some strength.
