So I've been doing about half hour low intensity cardio after my workouts basically to keep me hungrier throughout the day, whats everyones opinions on off season cardio?

do it in the morning. Not after training.

You're robbing yourself of growth in my opinion.

In what context were you suggesting to have the shake first and 'then do it'? Morning cardio or after training?

Whey + BCAA then do the cardio. You'll be fine.

If you smell ammonia, then stop. lol.
