i see fouad almost 3 or 4 times a week, he's training intensity is through the roof, i also never seen anyone sweat as much as him, he literally has a trail of sweat behind him wherever he walks in the gym.

lol...the gym im at (same gym as fouad) is sometimes demotivating, 2 ifbb pros workout there, and like 10 national level guys (including dk) i feel like a goldfish in a pool of sharks, the funny thing is on every Saturday night their alll there working out.

No shit JO, the Gyms in Windsor are friggin awesome, as well as the weather Same paralell as North Cali...Lifestyles was great when i lived there!!! I miss it a tonne!!

Fouads got a new video on MD where hes in Burlington Ontario getting some hard phsyio done on his back and shoulders from years of abuse. When he says sacrifice without regret he isnt kidding.
