Does anyone know of a good supplement that will maybe let me sneak in one more good workout each week?
I currently don't take anything other than kre-alkalyn and some good protein shakes. Occasionally I will take a pre-workout supplement if I am feeling lazy as well.
As always thank you all for your input.

More food and more rest will help you recover faster.

Try getting in 8-10 hours sleep and maybe a few naps during the day .

BCAAS, and Glutamine.

Gets the amino acids and gives your body the fuel to repair the muscles youve torn down and keeps you in an anabolic state instead of catabolic after an intense workout> with the amino levels high in your blood stream it gives you muscles the building blocks it needs to repair those fibers youve torn.

I would say Rhodiola ?

Yes it`s an adaptogen, but my experience with it dosen`t make it strong enough to say something dramatic like increasing recovery of the body. It`s use is more to put you in a positive state of mind, to deal well with stress.

some really good ones are Scivation Xtend and of course as mentioned above BCAA and glutamine (the main components of scivation Xtend)

you all have been so helpful.
I am just getting back to working out regularily after a knee injury and need to make up for some lost muscle.

In theory, beta-alanine (according to Scott Connelly / Progenex)... but then again he is trying to sell his magic potions.

I started on creatine again, 3 weeks ago, but I'm adding beta-alanine this time, still progressing at the gym, and seems like it's making a difference... it will probably be a few more weeks before I can tell.
