When should you take Protein powder (whey). I heard one scoop before and one scoop about 90 minutes after the workout? is that right?

I think you want it as soon after the workout as you can (along with some carbs too).

OFFSEASON when im going for maximal muscle as soon as i finish training (within 20 mins max of last set) i take 2 scoops of whey protein isolate from Tru Supplements, along with a fast absorbing carbohyrate at 25g. I use maltodextrin OR dextrose OR waxy maize as carb sources. This seems to work awesome for me and get the rebuilding process going and minimizes next day muscle soreness.
