Ack too many androgens...
Did 2x5 empty bar, 2x5 - 135, 2x5 225, put 315 on the bar to start and my back was so pumped it hurt just holding the bar on my shoulders.
Gave up and did leg press. Legs blew up like balloons. I don't feel too bad as I've got legs on the list twice this week but holy wow!
The return of tren acne was my first hint. This is probably my second.
I thought it was just the carbs :)
