Hello everyone,

I emailed the host for this event a few days ago but they have yet to get back to me. In the category section it states that there is a Classic Physique Category. Is this the same as Classic bodybuilding where height and weight are taken into account?

Thanks in advance.

yes, I would think that is the same one. I wasn't aware that they were doing a classic physique at this show. Just register for it if thats what you want to do. worse case scenario is your the only one in your class, and then at the weigh-ins you can simply ask if you can enter a weight category instead.

PS: I am competing in that show...How's your prep going?

I was thinking of competing in this show next year if the categories stay the same. I did my first show last year and I was not nearly big enough on stage compared to the other guys. I am taking a full year off to train and then I am going to do a couple shows next year hopefully making it to the nationals. I might take a drive to Sudbury though and see the show, not too far for me. What weight class are you in?

I'll be in light middle probably. Welter for provincials for sure, but in sudbury I am not looking at the scale - I will probably end up weighing light middle, but by the time I am on stage I will be well under 165.

Best of luck to you in the show. 6 WEEKS TO GO! I was hoping that they would have classic mens bodybuilding at this event again next year in order for me to qualify to compete at the nationals.
