I'm wendy , 24 years old. Not a bodybuilder, But wanna look into it a bit more. Deffinely wanna catch up some more traiining techniques/ nutrition infos and all that. I'm dutch,not canadian, moved to toronto in 2008 sogrammar isnt perfect. Train between the 4 and 6 times 2 a 3 hours each time Mostly cardio/weight training and classes like bodycombat, bodypump ...
My dad is an ex bodybuilder, still pretty big on his 50's and I think its awesome!

Current body weight 117 LBS

Total body fat: 18.8 %
= 21,1 LBS

Hopefully yeah. I like working out, Its good for me..I don't really know what I'm doing yet well i get some advice of my dad but since I'm a few hours flying away its pretty hard hehe... Also i wanna figure some good food schedule. Because since I work out I'm always Hungry. do take proteins after, butihave to eat non stop:S

Considering womens BF are naturally higher your already a step ahead of most of us in BF terms. LOL.. but welcome aboard and lets all work to get better...lots of info here on diet, training, supplements, etc.
