has anyone weighed it ? how do you measure this out? i have a teaspoon measure, 5ml. so 5mls is how many mg of cissus ?

i dont think it comes with one. i didnt realize until after i ordered that the measuring scoops are like 50 cents extra or something.

i dont see how a scoop can be acurate. would it not depend on the weight of the material? or do you just assume that 1ml=1gram

it's dependent on the powder... but i'm assuming the scoop they would give you has been weighed before hand so that you get an accurate measurement.

1 spoon is way too much! The protions are mesured from 1/4 tsp mesurements and that comes to 1.2 grams of cissus. So take 1/4 tsp 3 times a day.

Its what I met, 1 tea spoon, split in 3. So 1/3, 3x a day.
