LBA's

Guys, I been using the LBA's for a while now, and the new ones are really good. The coconut is OK, the chocolate is f'ing awesome. I have had a loss of appetite for over a month now, so I had to supplement some meals with the LBA;s. I used 8-10tbsp mixed with 1tbsp EVOO and water, pounded that back twice a day as meal replacements. After two weeks of this my appetite is finally back and above where it was before and am able to eat my 6 meals a day no problem and I add one or two of these as well. You might also notice a rise of body temp afetr taking them, I do anyways.

For those interested in trying them seriously just get a few bottles to try, if anything youll enjoy the flavor if you get choco. I use it mixed with greek yogurt, pancakes and even cereal. Nothing wrong with a little extra protein with foods.

Sounds cool johnny O im usually up to date on supps but this LBAs was a new one to me. Im going to do some more research and maybe try them out. good idea.

No I cannot explain it man sorry. I dont know why/how but it did. I wasnt expecting it to, but it could have been time or maybe a combo of both who knows.

It is great for hydration also....The glycerine in it has great benefits outside of the bcaas in it......I love chocolate...
