As stated in the Supplements section, I am going to do A log/journal of my 8 week Animal Cuts supplement usage. I started on Friday April 16th, my weight was 173lbs and body fat was 22.5%. My weight today is 169lbs and body fat was 21%. The product has worked as advertised for me so far, definite increase in energy level and focus throughout the day. My goal at the end of the 8 week trial is to be 160lbs and have body fat down to 16-18%.

Age 34
Height 5'8

Good luck but I'd rather by 173lbs and 16%-18% BF than 160lbs and 16%-18%

How hard would it be to maintain a 170-175 weight and 16-18% BF?

lol pretty damn easy.

Now trying to maintain 230lbs at 10% is a different story.

Cool, my goal is to drop BF% and look cut. I'll post a pic of what I look like now and progress pics weekly. Trying to maintain 230lbs at 10% would be a challenge. I used to weigh 230 about 6-7 years ago and that was not pretty lol.

I took a pack of cuts about 1 hour before I ran a half marathon this morning, I had good focus and energy throughout the run, cardio was still good after the run and I felt I could have gone a little longer but my legs were starting to feel sore.

What's your diet while using this product?
and are you doing any bodybuilding with the running?

Here is my diet. Take a pak when I wake up, two egg omelette on two pieces of whole wheat bread or wrap, with a protein shake about half hour later. Chicken and brown rice or potato about three hours later, take second pak 2-3 hours after that, then a can of tuna and protein shake 2 hours later, then I take green Mag as a pre-workout, followed by a protein shake and 5mg of creatine. Dinner is a meat with a green vegetable and either rice and potato with low fat cottage cheese, if I am hungry before bed i might have a yogurt with some pb or another shake. I hit the gym for weights about 4-5 times a week.

Today I'm at 168lbs and 22.9% BF. This will be my last week on the cuts before taking a week off then starting another 3 week cycle. The rush and focus I experienced when I first started taking the cuts has been dramatically reduced, i can still feel the affects but it is not as hardcore as it was in the beginning.

IMHO you could accomplish more by just changing your diet.

Care to elaborate, or suggest how to improve my diet. Thanks!

I`m gonna agree with the diet comment. It`s not good. But please, do some research. If you really want to know how it`s done, do some reading, post what you think is good and why, then I`ll take a stab at it. No spoon feeding here.

Fair enough, obviously it is important to have protein and carbs with each meal, do vegetables need to be included on a daily basis or should I just add once or twice a week? Here is a plan I can follow which I think is OK.

Meal 1 2 eggs and two slices of whole wheat bread / 1.5 cups quick oats
Meal 2 5oz lean steak with a potato or 1 cup Brown rice
Meal 3 5oz Chicken with 1.5 cups cooked Yams
Meal 4 5oz lean steak with a potato or 1 cup Brown rice
Meal 5 5oz chicken with 1.5 cups cooked yams
Meal 6 Protein shake smoothie, 1 scoop whey, 1 tbsp PB, 1/2 banana, ice, and water or milk.

Can I switch a meat somewhere in there to a protein shake, or am I better off to stick with whole foods?

Thanks.

I decided to only do four weeks of the animal cuts, overall I felt the product worked OK. It gave me a lot of focus and energy throughout the day, and suppressed my appetite a little. I am gonna change my diet and try to stick with it in order to achieve my goals, I think I would rather spend the money on food than another cycle of the cuts.
