I'm currently dieting, carb reduced (approx 100 gram carbs/day). Going well so far.
Still on Test, but only 250mg/week. I've been taking Clen. Started at 20mcg/day, worked my way up 10mcg/day each week. Currently at 70mcg/day this week.
Started T3 at 25mcg/day last Wednesday (they're capsules, so I can't break them up).
I'm looking for some suggestions how to run it. Increase by 25mcg/day every two weeks until I reach 100 or 150 or how should I do it?
What's the longest T3 can be run for safely?
