I would have searched, but we can't search 2 characters....

I'm currently dieting, carb reduced (approx 100 gram carbs/day). Going well so far.

Still on Test, but only 250mg/week. I've been taking Clen. Started at 20mcg/day, worked my way up 10mcg/day each week. Currently at 70mcg/day this week.

Started T3 at 25mcg/day last Wednesday (they're capsules, so I can't break them up).

I'm looking for some suggestions how to run it. Increase by 25mcg/day every two weeks until I reach 100 or 150 or how should I do it?

What's the longest T3 can be run for safely?

ive been on 50-75mcg of T3 since jan

No need to go over 100mcg or even 75mcg for most, i'm doing 37.mcg T3 with 50mcg clen right now, carb cycling and the fat is melting off the first 5 week were only 25mcg T3 no need to hop up that fast imho.

Ok, thanks guys.. I'll bump up my cardio before I shift anything else around.

Is there a way to know if the T3 is legit and/or is working? Such as taking my temperature for a few mornings, etc? My thyroid was already low before taking it, as my temperature suggested (as well as my blood test results), so I'm also wondering what would be an effective dose for me.

if its around 0 degrees Celsius and you can comfortably walk around outside in a tshirt & shorts, its working

Ok let me put it this way, I haven't noticed an increase in body temperature at all. Not with the clen and not with the t3
